If an electrical component is not functioning correctly be sure to check your relay first. Think of a relay as the on and off switch for most of your electronic components. Make a selection FVD211342 This heater blower bypass tube was originally used on the rennsport and cup models to save weight. It is made of lightweight, polished carbon / kevlar. Please note: for the 993's from 1996+ you must also purchase and additional air duct, part # 96410640302 looking to add more carbon to your engine bay, take a look at our carbon air duct for the intake, part # FVD211343 sold individually. 1 necessary per car. Installation note: this tube snaps inside part # 96410640302. If 96410640302 is very old and has lost its elasticity then fitment can be an issue. We recommend adding qty. 1 of part # 96410640302 in this instance.

The original heat exchangers (part # 930 211 025 02) are no longer available from Porsche. But, these stainless-steel industries (ssi) heat exchangers will work with modifications. The good news is, once done, you will have more torque and horsepower! Free flow conversion heat exchangers improve sound and performance, while reducing backpressure and thermal load on the motor. These are based off the early style exhausts found on the 1974 2.7 l rs. Those models had a straight through, superior, free flow exhaust design that included a dual inlet muffler. Make a selection 36906119 Cover plate, flywheel end of engine. Fits all 356 with usa style heater. All 356 & 912 engine sheet metal should be painted black. The fan shrouds, however, were painted either black, silver or gray. As far as we know all 356 normal & 912 engines had black fan shrouds. Early super & super 90 engines had silver fan shrouds, although some very early super 90's had a very light gray, almost white fan shroud. Late super, super 90 & 356c/sc engines had gray fan shrouds. None or this information, however, is written in stone and Porsche has no records of which colors were used for which fan shrouds. View/Change Diagram
